Joy went to school at the University of Wisconsin – Parkside where she studied accounting. After school, she worked for an accounting firm in Waukesha where she specialized in working with small businesses in many different industries. She decided to start JM Accounting Services after she had her son so she could be available for him and oversee his care. Joy currently works with many small business owners as well as a few non-profit businesses. Bookkeeping, Financial Statements, Payroll, Sales Tax, Corporate & Individual Income Tax Returns- whatever your needs are, she can help! “I wanted to create a firm where I can help small businesses with their accounting and tax needs, but also be able to be there for my family! My son has needs that require extra attention and after he was born, I wasn’t able to find a job that had the flexibility that I needed. I started this firm so I could work around his needs. The majority of small business owners that I have worked with are doing what they do so they can provide for their families, but also be there for their families. My goal is to help them succeed in their ventures. I am blessed to have such great people to work with (both clients & co-workers)!”

Rebecca Byers- Staff Accountant/Office Manager
Rebecca graduated from Sullivan University with a Bachelors’s degree in Finance and started working for JM Accounting Services in March of 2017. She hopes to help Joy build her business. Rebecca enjoys spending time with family and friends and watching sports.

Bekah Crotteau – Bookkeeper
Bekah has prior experience working as a bookkeeper and office admin for a fitness center. She started working for JM Accounting Services in 2015 and specializes in QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online. Bekah enjoys being a mom and spending time with her husband and son. Bekah enjoys spending time with her husband and hanging out with friends.

Kailey has prior experience working as an office admin for a medical company. Kailey is a mom to two small boys and enjoys spending time with her family.
